| 英文摘要 | 当前我国正处于改革开放的深入发展时期,面对这一阶段呈现的社会矛盾复杂化、服务需求多样化、参与主体多元化、管理对象动态化、社会发展法制化的新特点,作为基层社会管理基础细胞的城市社区管理也面临着一系列挑战。早在新的社会管理格局确认之前,城市社区管理就开始了改革和创新之路,然而其创新并未真正适应社会发展新形势的需要。客观梳理当前基层城市管理创新的现状,总结城市基层社区管理创新中可能存在的阻碍因素,并提出可供借鉴的创新路径具有十分重要的意义。; Now,our country is in a period of deepening reform and opening up.In this period,several new features of the society occur.For example,the social contradictions become complicated,service needs and participants become diversified,management becomes dynamic and social developments are operated on a legal basis.Therefore,the city community management,as the basic unit of the society management,is facing a series of challenges.The city community management began to reform and innovate before the confirmation of the new social management pattern.But its innovation did not adapt to the demands of the new situation.Thus,it is very important to comb the current situation,dig out the possible obstructions during the management innovation of grass-roots community of city,and put forward innovation path for reference.; 国家社会科学基金(青年项目)“西南少数民族的国家认同研究”(13CZZ027) |
