| 英文摘要 | 主观幸福感是衡量生活质量和社会福利的重要指标。在已有的幸福感研究中,大多只强调经济收入、社会人口学变量及宏观政策的影响,却忽略了社区基层公共服务的作用。文章利用社区能力理论以及莱夫拉克(lAVErACk)的指标体系,探讨了基层社区服务、社会资本以及政府绩效对城市低收入居民幸福感的影响。研究表明:社区能力各要素对中国城市低收入居民的幸福感具有正向影响,基层社区能够通过公共服务和社会支持网络,减小绝对贫困和相对收入差距的影响。文章最后据此提出了提升居民幸福感的对策建议。; Subjective well-being is an important indicator to assess quality of life and social welfare.Most of the existing research only emphasizes the effect of income,socio-demographic variables and macroeconomic policy,and ignores the role of community-based public services.This article uses the community capacity theory and Laverack's indicator to explore the effect of community service,social capital and government performance on the well-being of urban low-income groups.The research shows that various elements of community capacity have a positive effect on the well-being of urban low-income residents in China.The community can reduce absolute poverty and the relative income gap through public services and a social support network,thereby enhancing the well-being of residents.This article finally puts forward some advice to improve the well-being of urban low-income residents.; 国家社科基金重点项目“社会质量视角下的社会建设研究”(项目编号:11ASH001) |
