| 英文摘要 | 运用2008年《教育救助与农村贫困人口的社会流动》专项问卷调查数据,通过统计分析,得出如下研究结论:(1)农民工参加职业技能培训具有较高的收益率,甚至高于学校教育的收益率,但只有中高等级培训才会产生显著的收入效应;(2)培训与否以及不同层次的培训,对农民工城市就业的稳定性均未带来显著影响;(3)参加职业技能培训有助于提高农民工的城市适应。; Based on the research hypothesis that for migrant workers,the effects of work-related training would affect income,but also benefit for job-stability and adaptation to urban life,the article uses the data from survey of Education Assistance and Social Mobility for the Poor Rural People and draws the following conclusions by statistical analyses: 1) Migrant workers can get good return on investment in work-related training,even better than return on investment in formal education,but only trainings at medium or high level can have significant effects on income;2) There are no significant effects on job-stability of migrant workers,regardless they're trained or not as well as being trained at different levels;3) Having been trained can help migrant workers adapt urban life better.; 国家社会科学基金项目(07BSH034);教育部人文社会科学研究项目(08JC790084) |
