英文摘要	领导与权力相关,但并不是所有权力关系都等同于领导。实际上,有效的领导要求综合采用软硬权力技巧,即巧权力。不同环境要求不同比例的软硬权力。领导者需要有足够的管理技巧,确保建立适当体系,能够提供良好决策和高效执行所需的信息。高效的领导者可通过创建并维护设计得当的体系来管理和塑造环境,根据对环境的理解成功综合运用软硬权力,实施巧权力领导。; Leadership relates to power,but not all power relations are the same as leadership.In practice,effective leadership demands an integrated use of soft and hard power skills,which is called smart power.Different environment requires different proportion of soft and hard power.Leaders need adequate management skills to ensure an appropriate system,by which provide information for a good decision and its efficient execution.An efficient leader can create and maintain properly designed system to manage and shape the environment.He can also successfully use both soft and hard powers according to his understanding of the environment,that is,he can execute smart power leadership.
