英文摘要	席卷全球的“金融风暴“对中国就业市场造成了巨大冲击,这使大学生就业形势愈加严峻。本文基于职业认知模式,从个人和背景、环境、绩效等维度对厦门大学应届本科毕业生进行深入调查,探究当前大学生职业认知能力,并在此基础上构建政府、学校、学生三方一体的体系以探求改善就业问题的举措。; Today’s university students are under stronger pressure of seeking fairly good jobs, as the US economic crisis is posing a great threat to China’s employment market.Based on the social cognitive career theory, this study embraces all three aspects including personal background, general environment and performance.In addition, the study reports on the results of the survey for current graduate students of Xiamen University so as to learn about the students’ cognitive ability.Furthermore, we seek to set up an integrated system in which student, school and government can work together effectively to solve the employment problems.
