英文摘要	“受虐妇女综合症“理论在国内外司法实践中均有了长足的发展。我国法官在司法实践中,应考量受虐妇女杀夫的社会成因和现实处境、受虐妇女杀夫的心理状态、被害人的过错、受虐妇女是否有自首情节、受虐妇女的主观恶性和社会危害性、典型既有判决对案件的借鉴价值及社会性别视角等因素。; It have made great progress of "Battered woman syndrome" theory of judicial practice at home and abroad.Our judges in the judicial practice,should consider the social causes and reality of the situation of battered women Butcher's Wife,the psychological state of battered women Butcher's Wife,the victim's fault,battered women have voluntarily surrendered themselves,battered women's subjective malignant and social dangers,the judgment of the case reference value and the gender perspective and other factors.
