英文摘要	宪法序言作为一国宪法的灵魂,其叙说内容及叙说方式常被认为是管窥一国宪法精神实质的关键。综观世界各国宪法文本,大致有以美国宪法序言为代表的“人民主语+价值目标“一元中心和以中国现行宪法序言为代表的包括“历史经验+国家任务+阶级斗争+实现条件+地位与效力“等内容的“多中心“两种类型。从宪政的远景看,我国未来的宪法序言需要在政治理想的表达与近代宪政国家的宪政理想之间达致平衡,由历史的、国家的、阶级的“多中心“类型逐步转向以强调“人性尊严“为宪法价值内核的序言类型。; The Preface of Constitution is regarded as the soul of the Constitution.The content and the way it is conveyed is the key to find the spirit of the Constitution.There are tw o modes of preface of Constitution in the w orld.The first is represented by the Constitution of the U.S.A,w hich is conveyed as Subject( People) + Value Goal; The second is represented by the Constitution of China,w hich is conveyed as Historic Experience + National Task + Class Struggle + the Condition of Realization of the Task + the Position and the Validity of the Constitution.The former can be called one-goal-mode and the latter multi-goal-mode.In the long term,the prospective preface of China's Constitution should achieve the balance betw een the political ideal and the constitutionalist ideal of modern countries.In other w ords,the preface of China's Constitution should transform from the multi-goal-mode to emphasize human dignity,w hich is the kernel value of constitutionalism.; 福建省哲学社会科学规划一般项目(2013B041); 2013年度厦门大学法学院青年教师科研基金项目
