英文摘要	对体育与城市发展的关系应该历史地予以理解,透过罗马法原始文献传递的信息,可以较好地把握古代社会的体育与城市变迁。在古罗马,体育与城市共享神性,信仰成为观念上连接两者的纽带。从器物角度看,体育则构成了古罗马城市生活的必要元素,且在体育比赛、体育设施和城市体育生活的多个向度中,体现了强烈的国家管控性。古罗马的体育与城市文明是良性的互动发展关系,但观念因素起着决定性作用,它的变异导致了体育与城市文明在古罗马的消亡。; The relationship between sports and urban development should be understood historically.Through the information in the texts of Roman law,we are able to have deeper insight of sports and urban development in ancient society.In ancient Rome,sports and city had common shares of God;therefore in notion the belief became a ligament between them.Materially,sports were the essential element of Roman urban life.In addition,the state interfered into games,sports facilities and other urban sports life.The sports and city in ancient Rome were well interacted,but the notion played a dominant role,the change of which consequently led to the fade of sports and city in ancient Rome.
