英文摘要	体育仲裁应当作为普通仲裁的有机组成部分,它们之间是从属关系。当然,体育仲裁也具有自身的特点,比如一定的强制性、时间上的紧迫性和仲裁机构的单一性等等,但这些特点并不能否定体育仲裁作为普通仲裁手段的存在。体育仲裁解决的仍然是普通民事主体之间的纠纷,相对的强制性也并没有违背意思自治的原义等,基于此,我们仍应当在统一的仲裁法框架内构建我国的体育仲裁体系。; As the component of normal arbitration,sport's arbitration is subject to normal arbitration.But sport's arbitration has its characteristic,for example,the compellent treaties of arbitration,the emergent process,the simplex arbitration institution,and so on.The trait of sport's arbitration can't conceal the fact that it exist as the part of normal arbitration.We should found the system of sport's arbitration under the ground of uniform arbitration law, the cause is that the intention of sport's arbitration is to solve the dispute of civil rights,the compulsory arbitration treaties accord with the essence of autonomy of will,etc.
