英文摘要	新中国成立后,我国法学界关于离婚自由与限制、离婚法定标准、解除军婚的特殊保护、离婚救济等离婚问题的论争,贯穿于新中国六十周年的历史,对相关离婚法律制度的制定产生重要影响。以建国后社会发生变革和转型的时间为线索,采取叙事纪实的手法,回顾和再现这些论争的精彩片段,分析和评述论争的历史背景、原因、内容、结果及影响,总结我国离婚法学的研究成就,为进一步探研离婚利益平衡机制提供理论依据。; After the founding of new China,arguments on divorce problems in Chinese law circle,such as freedom and limitation of divorce,assise of divorce,special protection of the dissolution of soldier's marriage,divorce remedy and so on,have lasted for sixty years and exercised great influences on the formulation of related divorce legal systems.In order to provide theory basis for further research on divorce interest balancing systems,it is necessary to review these wonderful argument episodes by ways of reportage and narration,analyze and comment on argument's history condition,cause,content,result and influence,sum up the achievements of research on divorce science of law according to the time of social change after the founding of China.
