英文摘要法律教育史上的两种典型的课程模式,即大陆法系的“学科中心课程模式“与英美法系的“活动中心课程模式“,大致对应于教育学史上所形成的“学科中心课程论“和“实践中心课程论“。模拟法庭课程的设置,可以借鉴布鲁纳的结构主义教育理论,结合两种传统法律课程模式的优点,科学规划该课程设置的主体、原则和步骤,拟定合理的课程实施方案,争取为中国的法治建设培养出更多、更优秀的法律人才。; There are two typical curriculum models in edcational history of law,which are the subject-centered curriculum model of civil law systems and the activity-centered curriculum model of Anglo-American law.These two curriculum models are correspondding to the subject-centered curriculum thought and the activity-centered curriculum thought in edcational history respectively.The curriculum designer should plan scientifically the subject,the principle,and the procedure of the curriculum of imitated court,based on the advantages of two traditional legal education pattern by using the discipline-structure educational theory for reference,thus the course implementation methods maybe formulated reasonably,and more excellent legal talents for Chinese legal construction would be coming forth.
