英文摘要电弧熔炼方法合成了HfrESI2,单晶X射线衍射方法测定了晶体结构.晶体学及结构修正参数:化学式,HfrESI2,Mr=420.87,正交晶系,TIMnSI2类型,(55)PbAM,A=0.9140(1)nM,b=1.0051(2)nM,C=0.8081(1)nM,V=0.7424(3)nM3,z=12,dX=11.297g/CM3,μ=99.25MM-1(λMOkα=0.07107nM),f(000)=2100,T=296k,对于31个修正参数和255个独立可观察衍射点Wr=0.069.此结构中,rE原子处于SI原子所形成的配位畸变八面体中心,这些rESI6通过共面和共棱形成之字形无限柱,柱之间通过共顶和SI原子的共价成键桥联形成三维网络结构.从此结构和其它相同1∶1∶2配比硅化合物结构的比较可以得出结论,低族过渡金属Mn、rE等倾向于硅的八面体配位,而高族过渡金属fE、CO、nI等则倾向于硅的四方锥体配位; HFReSi 2 was synthesized by arcmelting method and its crystal structure characterized by single crystal method.Crystallographic and reFined structure parameters:Formula, HFReSi 2, Mr =420.87, orthorhombic,TiMnSi 2 type,(55) Pbam, a =0.914 0(1) nm, b =1.005 1(2) nm, c = 0.808 1(1) nm, V =0.74237(3) nm 3, Z =12, Dx = 11.297g/cm 3, μ =99.25 mm -1 (λMoK α= 0.07107 nm), F (000)=2100, T =296K, wR =0.069 For 31 reFined parameters and 255 contributing independent observed reFlections.The structure is characterized by bonded Re Si networks which Formed by connecting zigzag inFinite columns through Si Si bonds or shearing Si apices.The columns are Formed by deFormed octahedral ReSi 6 units by shearing Faces and edges.Bonds are typical of transitional Features.By comparing with other silicides of the same 1∶1∶2 stoichiometry, one can speculate that Mn and Re atoms preFer octahedral coordination while Fe, Co and Ni square pyramidal Si environments.; 国家自然科学青年基金;国家教委回国科研基金
