应力场下PZT铁电陶瓷的原位拉曼光谱测试; In-situ Raman measurements of PZT under a stress field

英文摘要采用传统固相法得到了晶粒分布均匀,平均晶粒尺寸2~3μM、四方相结构的Pb(zr0.52TI0.48)O3多晶陶瓷。利用四点弯曲应力加载装置,开展了单个晶粒定点和多个单晶粒连续定点的原位拉曼测试。计算了不同应力场下低波速拉曼光学模的相对强度比值(I E(1lO)/I E(2TO)和I E+b1/I E(2TO))。结果表明,I E(1lO)/I E(2TO)和I E+b1/I E(2TO)峰强比均随外加应力绝对值的增加而减小,而随应力作用时间而增大。I E(1lO)/I E(2TO)和I E+b1/I E(2TO)随不同晶粒所受的应力变化而变化,但拉曼光谱的峰位未发生变化。; Polycrystalline Pb( Zr0.52Ti0.48) O3ceramics in tetragonal phase with an average size 2-3 μm of uniformly distributed grains were prepared through a conventional solid state route.In-situ Raman measurements on individual single grain and multiple single grains in subsequence were carried out under a stress field by employing four-point bending loads.The relative intensity ratios of optical modes at low Raman shifts( I E( 1LO)/ I E( 2TO) and I E + B1/ I E( 2TO)) under different applied stresses were calculated.The results revealed that the values of( I E( 1LO)/ I E( 2TO) and I E + B1/ I E( 2TO)) decreased with the increases in the magnitude of applied stresses,while increased with the applying time.The values of( I E( 1LO)/I E( 2TO) and I E + B1/ I E( 2TO)) varied with the alterations of applied stresses on different single grains.However,the peak positions of Raman spectra remained unchanged.; 福建省特种先进材料重点实验室基金资助项目(2006L2003)
