英文摘要 | 目的设计简便高效的合成路线,合成新型糖基吡啶基脲类化合物。方法采用异氰酸酯法,以d-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为原料,乙酰化合成1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-α-d-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐,在三光气的作用下与氨基吡啶反应得到糖基吡啶基脲,并用Ir、1 H nMr、13 C nMr及质谱对合成样品进行表征。结果得到了6个未见文献报导的糖基吡啶基脲类化合物,且确证了6个新化合物的结构。结论该合成方法工艺简单,操作易行,进一步发展了异氰酸酯法的脲合成,可望用来合成一系列含取代基的糖基吡啶基脲类物质。; Objective To create a convenient and efficient synthetic route to get new sugar pyridylureas.Methods 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucosamine sulfate was prepared by direct acetylation of D-glucosamine hydrochloride with acetic anhydride.Glucosamine pyridylureas derivates could be prepared by using the method of isocyanate.The products were identified by IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS.Results Six new sugar pyridylureas were prepared and their structures were confirmed.Conclusion This synthetic method can be expected to synthesize a series of sugar pyridylureas containing substituting group on the sugar ring.It is indicated that the synthetic method is simple and very easy to operate.; 海洋公益性行业科研专项(201405016)资助 |
