英文摘要	[中文摘要] 神灵形象——作为神灵“圣贤性”（德）、“灵验性”（灵）的有机载体——是人们接受、崇拜神灵的重要依据，也是不同的社会等级中的人群对其崇拜的神灵进行解释与刻划的体现。神灵的“圣贤性”和“灵验性” 的地位和作用并不是固定不变的，尤其是像“罗池神”这样的地方神灵，其“圣贤性”和“灵验性”随着不同历史时期神灵象征的需求被地方精英强化或弱化，甚至被重新诠释和塑造。因此，本文希望通过对唐代以来柳宗元“罗池神”形象的历史塑造与变迁的个案分析，探讨在不同历史时期，神灵形象如何经过地方精英阶层的建构与阐释，被赋予不同的象征意义，进而考察神灵象征与地方精英群体之间的互动关系。 [Abstract] the Image of god as an expression of “Sagehood” and “Efficacy” is one important aspect that make people accept and worship a god. People from different social class interpret and figure it in different ways. The statue and function of “Sagehood” and “Efficacy” are changeable, especially for the God of Luochi, its “Sagehood” and “Efficacy” are strengthened or weakened by local elites according as the need of god ‘s symbol in different historical periods, sometimes they even are reexplained or reformed. Through expatiating the process of the Images of “the God of Luochi” being set up and changing, this thesis will reveal how the Image of god has different symbolic meanings through the construction and interpretation by local elites and discuss the mutual reaction between god ‘s symbol and local elites.
