中文摘要	新中国的民族政策为维护国家统一，增强民族团结，保证社会稳定发挥了重要作用。但在世纪之交，少数民族地区在走向市场过程中，经济得到了发展，但与东部发达地区的差距也进一步拉大，民族意识进一步增强。计划经济体制下制定的民族政策已滞后于少数民族经济社会的发展。作者认为应以邓小平理论为指导，从建立中央民族工作领导小组，全面修改《民族区域自治法》等９个方面对民族政策进行调整。This paper affirms that China‘s policy towards nationalities has played an important role in consolidating state unity , improving nationality unity and maintaining social stability since the founding of New China. At the turn of the century , great progress has been made in economy in minority areas, but the gap between eastern advanced region and minority areas, enlarged, and national Consciousness, increased. The policy towards nationality drafted in the period o f the planned economic system is no longer suited to the social and economic development of ethnic minorities. The winters suggest that , under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping‘s theory , nine aspects of the national policy , such as establishing the central leading groups of national work, entirely amending the Law of Regional National Autonomy , should be amended.; 中共广西区党委统战部民族问题课题
