中文摘要	作为现代法学教育一种全新的实践性教学形式,模拟法庭教学较好地弥补了传统法学教育中各方面的缺憾。模拟法庭教学对巩固学生所学的法学理论知识,培养学生理论联系实际、分析和解决实际问题的能力,具有重要价值;目前模拟法庭教学实施过程中存在诸多问题;为了更充分实现模拟法庭教学在法学教学中的价值,针对存在的问题,必须予以一一解决。Moot court is one of the core curriculum for law school students. Almost without exception,every university which has the law school would set this course. However, practices in the moot court teaching highlights some problems：neglect the teach- ing of pre trial procedure;the cases chosen are not typical;the simulation of the roles is too dramatic;pay too much attention to the form instead of the real essencelthe trial place,signals and words are nonstandard,etc. Thus the teaching effect is not ide- al. To improve the moot court teaching and realize the value of its function, the most effective way is to reinforce the pre trial procedure, carefully select the cases, pay equal attention to the form and essence, encourage teachers participate into the simula- tion with students, scandalize the trial arrangement, clothing, words and behaviors, and increase the investment in moot court e- quipment.
