中文摘要	介绍了国内外一些高校的科技工作概况,分析了这些高校在研究开发、科技创新、人才培养、产学研结合、科技成果转化等方面各自的主要特征。试图凸现其成功经验,以期从中得到启示,并学习借鉴,从而促进我校科技工作的可持续发展。; This paper gives a brief introduction to the scientific and technological work of domestic and abroad colleges and universities, simultaneously, points out the main characteristics on some aspects of the work such as R&D, talent cultivation, integration of teaching, researching and industry, appliance of researching achievements, and highlights its successful experience and try to get some inspiration from it.
