中文摘要	社区文化与社区共同体的存在和发展密不可分,文化维系力是社区自组织能力的重要表征。随着现代化的推进,城市社区各自原有的文化特质逐渐退色,社区共同体的文化维系力弱化。这是当今社区文化建设必须正视和面对的现实。重塑社区文化是社区自组织能力建设的有效路径,需要从完善社区文化体系、重塑和培育现代社区精神、建立社区文化的共建共享机制、彰显社区文化的个性几个方面入手。; As culture has a close relationship with community,its maintenance is an important representation of community self-organization.Although,with the propulsion of modernization,the original cultural feature in the urban community wanes,and the cultural maintenance weakened,it is not necessarily the case that the community culture is incorrigibly exhausted.Now that community culture has so many functions like: a carrier for modeling the communes and satisfying their diverse needs,a basis of community self-conformity,a spiritual tie of maintaining the union of community,and a precondition of the existence and development of community civilization achievements,rebuilding it is an effective path to the self-organization by perfecting cultural system,nurturing modern community spirit,establishing share mechanism,and highlighting cultural personalities.; 【作者单位】集美大学政法学院福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】YANG Gui-hua(School of Political Science and Law,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021, Fujian Province,China)
