中文摘要	从两岸经贸发展趋势看,两岸贸易依存度由"相对依存"到部分产业大大超过"绝对依存";从两岸经贸发展向度看,功能性一体化将无可回避地向制度性一体化突破。然而,台湾当局在两岸建立经济合作机制上,存在着"以词害意"之倾向,使两岸在建立经济合作机制模式选择上陷入了困境。两岸经济合作模式本身并不涉及任何政治意涵,而是属于经贸关系。摒弃"以词害意",推动"学理认同"是建立经济合作机制当务之急。; From the perspective of the cross-trait economic and trade development,the cross-strait trade dependence change from "relative interdependence" to some industries’ "absolutely dependence".From the developmental trend,the functional integration has converted to institutional integration.But there is words’ interference with the sense in Taiwan authorities which brings cooperative mechanism into plight.The model is economic relationship without political connotation so it is urgent to abandon interference and promote identification of scientific principle.; 【作者单位】集美大学政法学院福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】LI You-hua(School of Politics and Law,Jimei University,Fujian Xiamen 361021,China)
