中文摘要	同时担负起工作角色和家庭角色,既是已婚知识女性自身的愿望,也是社会对已婚知识女性的要求,但这两种角色常常发生冲突。本文选择具有代表性的一个特殊群体———女注册会计师为对象,对厦门市三所会计师事务所的女注册会计师进行了一次关于“工作与家庭冲突的情况”的问卷调查,在实证研究的基础上,总结社会转型时期已婚知识女性工作与家庭冲突的新特点和新问题,分析造成角色冲突的相关因素,试图寻找科学合理的调适方法,帮助已婚知识女性在现代社会中享有健康充实的生活。; Married career women wish to act the role of both housewife and career woman,and the society also demands them to do so.However the two roles are always in conflict.A particular group——Xiamen female CPAs——was selected as representative of married career women to do role conflict questionnaires.Based on statistic research of the questionnaires,the paper points out new characteristics and problems of the role conflict facing married career women in this changing society,and analyzes related elements for the role conflict,attempting to find out scientific adjustment methods to help those married career women to enjoy a healthy and comfortable life in modern society.; 【作者单位】集美大学社科系；集美大学社科系福建厦门361021；福建厦门361021；【作者英文名】JU Dong-hong,PAN Lin(Social Sciences Department,JiMei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
