中文摘要	督导是社会工作专业实习的重要环节,中国社会工作实习的现实处境使得实习督导一直处于滞后阶段,严重影响了学生实习的质量。批判教育学以"赋权"作为核心价值取向,以"解放"为最终目标,为实习督导模式的本土建构提供新的启示。批判教育学视角下的社会工作督导模式,透过积极、民主的督导关系,持续不断地进行对话,批判反思师生的主体意识,努力培养学生批判精神与能力视角,型塑互惠学习的价值和方法。; Social work supervision is an important part of profession practice.It has been in a lag phase due to the realistic situation in mainland China,which seriously affects the quality of student internships.Critical Pedagogy,which regards"empowerment"as a core value orientation to"liberate"the ultimate goal,provides a new inspiration for practice model for local construction supervision.The social work supervision model under Critical Pedagogy perspective sustains continuing conduct dialogue through active,democratic supervisory relationship,critical reflection consciousness of teachers and students,and strives to cultivate a critical spirit and ability perspective of the students,forming the values and methods of mutual learning.; 【作者单位】集美大学政法学院；【作者英文名】YAO Jinzhong
