中文摘要在阐述Boost开关电源工作原理的基础上,设计了一个输出电压可调的开关电源电路.针对开关电源设计中所关心的输出电压纹波、开关管场效应管的占空比、主要功能器件(开关管、电感、电容、二极管)功率损耗、效率与电感电容取值的关系、效率与电流负载的关系进行了LTspice仿真,并给出了相应的仿真结果,根据仿真的结果及方法可以进一步提高开关电源电路的效率.; A boost converter circuit with adjustable output voltage is designed on describing the principle of switching mode power supply in the article.The simulation results are given by LTspice that the ripple of output voltage,the switch duty cycle of switching FET,the power loss of main function devices(switching FET,inductor, capacitor and diode),the relationship of efficiency vs.values of inductor and capacitor and the relationship of efficiency vs.load current which are attended when switching mode power supply designed.The efficiency of switching mode power supply can be further improved according to the simulation results and ways.; 【作者单位】集美大学信息工程学院;【作者英文名】LAI Lian-you,CHEN Jin-xing,XU Wei-jian (School of Information Engineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
