中文摘要	以海峡两岸相关史料、文献、文件、政策、法规和现场调研海峡两岸专家、学者、公众的见解为参照,对1949年以来海峡两岸体育事务及其处理予以阶段区分、因果剖析、规律探索、特征展露等进行研究考查;对海峡两岸体育事务处理上,如何坚持在"一个中国"的原则下稳妥处置的历程、发展、方式、方法、绩效予以回顾和透析。藉此勾勒海峡两岸体育事务处理之发展轮廓,描绘海峡两岸体育曲折交往之发展轨迹,进而为海峡两岸体育乃至体育领域之外的相关社会活动领域的事务处理之思维定位、理论聚敛,政策支撑,制度建立等方面提供动态、翔实之依据。; Based on the enormous historical recordings,research papers,official documents,related policies,related laws and some interviews among experts,scholars and ordinary people,this article studies the different stages of handling sports affairs of across Taiwan Straits from the period of 1949 till now,analyzes the sources of all the related activities and their consequences,studies the implications and explore their characteristics.It also makes an overview on the existing problems,the process of handling some key issues concerning the ideology of "one China" policy during the whole period of the handling of the sports affairs across Taiwan Straits.As a result,the paper outlines its development,describes its ups and downs,and finally provides implications for its future development.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】CHEN Shao-jian(Institute of Physical and Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,Fujian China)
