中文摘要	对第26 届奥运动会第1 ～9 名女排运动员的年龄、体重、身高、摸高点等指标进行统计比较认为,近年来亚洲女排总体成绩不佳的原因与以上非技术因素( 除年龄外) 统计值低于欧美女排有关。亚洲女排若能借鉴古巴女排4项指标模式,做到随年龄的增加且摸高点增幅不减,才有利于与欧、美女排的抗衡。; This article makes a systematic comparison on the age, body weight, height and touch point of women′s volleyball player between the teams of first to ninth place in the 26th Olympic games. It indicates that the present draw back of Asian teams is that the average level of these four non-technique indices (except age) is lower than those of the European and American teams. It is also concluded that if the Asian player could follow the pattern of Cuban team, namely, the touch point will not decrease with the increase of the player’s age, they will take advantage in the competition with the European and American teams.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院!厦门361021；【作者英文名】Chen Shaojian
