中文摘要	采用文献资料、问卷调查、统计分析等方法,对厦门市10家健身俱乐部进行调查,了解厦门市健身俱乐部经营的现状及存在的问题。研究结果表明:厦门市健身俱乐部的经营正处于起步阶段,与国内一些健身运动开展较好的大城市尚有很大的差距。健身俱乐部区域设置不够合理、消费者健身观念及消费意识尚未改观、体育健身俱乐部的经营人才匮乏、经营管理的规范度和宣传力度不够、健身指导员的实践能力不足等是影响经营状况的主要因素。; This paper uses several methods,such as reading literature,questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis,to have an investigation of ten health and fitness clubs in Xiamen City,and tries to understand the operation status and the existed problems of Xiamen City’s health and fitness clubs.The research results show that the operation of Xiamen City’s health and fitness clubs is at an early stage,and there is still a big gap between Xiamen City and some domestic large cities with good health and fitness campaigns.The main factors that influence the operation status of the health and fitness clubs include the unreasonable regional settings of the clubs,the unchanged consumers’ fitness concept and consumption awareness,the shortage of the management talents,the lack of management’s standardization and propaganda,and the insufficiency of the instructors’ training capacity.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】ZOU Jing,WU Lei-hong,SHI Chun-zhi(Physical Education College,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
