中文摘要	为我国青年女排及女排后备队伍的科学训练提供相关专项身体素质的资料,就参加2008年3月全国青年女排集训的8支女排后备队伍运动员的专项素质测试成绩进行数据统计与分析研究,并与我国甲A女排专项素质数据进行比较。结果表明:我国女排后备队伍运动员的专项素质与甲A女排存在一定的差距,女排后备队伍各队之间身体素质呈显著性差异,网上高度对女排后备队伍竞技能力起决定性作用。; Through analysed datas of special physical power,gathered from 89 players in 8 main junior women volleyball teams,which take part in 2008 All National Junior Women Volleyball Team Winter Trainning Camp,it was found that there were some differences between junior women volleyball players and adult women volleyball players;there were distinct differences in 8 main junior women volleyball teams;the height was one of the crucial factor to decide the power of team`s competition.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】ZENG Liang,LIAN Dao-ming(College of Physical Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
