中文摘要	为把握海峡西岸民营企业体育文化建设发展方向,采用文献资料、专家访谈、特尔斐法等方法,从民营企业体育物质、民营企业体育行为、民营企业体育管理、民营企业体育精神4个层面构建民营企业体育文化评价体系,并应用模糊综合评价法得出各指标权重与综合评判系数,建立综合模糊评价模型,以此对民营企业体育文化建设的现实状态进行测量与评估,为加强与改善民营企业体育文化建设提供操作依据。; The objective of this study is to construct the evaluation system and guide the development direction of the sports culture of private enterprises in western coast of Taiwan Strait.Using the methods of literature review,experts’ interview and Delphi approach,the authors collected the information about the sports facilities,sports activities,sports management and sports spirit.With the method of fuzzy approach establishing the mathematical model for the evaluation of the sports culture of private enterprises in western coast of Taiwan Strait would provide a reliable basis for the strengthening and improving of sports culture of private enterprises.; 【作者单位】泉州师范学院体育学院；集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】LI Jian1,LIU Ying-jie2(1.College of Physical Education,Quanzhou Normal University,Quanzhou 362000,China;2.College of Physical Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
