中文摘要	运用中小企业集群成长的三维度分析构架对福建中小体育用品企业产业集群宏观维度上的需求条件、经济环境与制度、文化环境、特殊政策服务与干预,中观维度上的因子条件、相关与支撑性产业、关联以及微观维度上的企业管理、企业家素质、企业竞争能力进行深刻分析,探寻其效率缺失的原因,并在此基础上提出了福建中小体育用品企业产业集群效率改进的对策。; Three dimensional analysis framework of the industrial clustering growth of the SME are employed in this article to research the industrial clustering of sports wear enterprises of small or medium size in Fujian province in terms of the demand condition,economic environment and system,cultural environment,and special policy service and intervention in the macro dimension and the factor condition,related and pillar industry,and correlation in the intermediary dimension and the enterprise management,entrepreneur quality,and enterprise competitiveness in the micro dimension.The reason for the efficiency loss is discussed,based on which countermeasures to improve the industrial clustering efficiency are also proposed.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】Shi Shun-zhi(Physical Education School,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021)
