中文摘要采用文献资料调研、访谈法、对比研究法,对全国各省、自治区、直辖市专业游泳教练员进行了自身成长过程、成功执教经验总结以及训练理念等多方面的调查和分析,意在探讨高水平游泳教练员的培养思路。研究结果显示:1)30~40岁的各省、自治区、直辖市教练是目前我国教练群中表现突出的群体,如在2008年北京奥运会上,冠军教练员金玮,亚军教练员刘海涛、陈映红等,他们大部分成长规律是:优秀运动员出身,在地方省、自治区、直辖市经过10多年的成功执教后入选到国家集训队和国家队,有部分优秀的教练员还有过国外训练的经历,他们成功是一步一步地不断提高和积累的过程;2)利用举国体制的优势,在国家队这个特殊的平台,把最好的运动员、教练员、科研人员集中在一起进行集训,教练执教水平明显提高。3)我国教练员之间的交流平台少,这对教练员执教水平的进一步提高形成了严重的制约。全面提高教练员执教水平与执教的理念,不断培养出优秀教练员的关键是要提供一个良好的交流平台。这种平台可以是国家队集训、各种类型的比赛、教练员年会、经验交流会、各种形式的短期集训,以及信息和网络平台的建设等。此外,加强教练员的文化素质,提高教练员素养,也是多出优秀教练员的必经之路。; By using the method of literature review,interview,comparative study,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on professional swimming coach upbringing,the success of coaching experience and training ideas in municipalities across the country.The main purpose is to explore the cultivation of high-level coaches.The result shows that 1) Coach at the age of 30~40 year old of the provinces and cities is the coach of China’s outstanding group,such as the 2008 Beijing Olympics,champion coach JIN Wei,runner-up coach LIU Hai-tao,CHEN Ying-hong,etc.Most of them are elite athletes,who,at the local provinces and municipalities through more than 10 years after the success of coach selected to the national team.Some coaches have had the experience of training abroad,so their success is a process of step by step,and the accumulation of the continuous improvement of the process;2) The growth of outstanding coaches also shows that the use of the advantages of national sports system,particularly in platform of the national team,the best athletes and coaches,researchers is together to conduct training,improved the level of coaches;3) China’s exchange platform between the coaches is less,which raise the level of the coaches to take a serious constraint.Therefore,the key to improve the coach level and philosophy of our coaches,and continuously cultivate the elite coach is to provide the good exchange platform.This kind of platform can be the national team camp,different kind of competition,annual coach meeting,exchange experience meeting,short-team training camp,information and network construction.Thereby,improving coach’s education level and promoting culture quality is the only way for producing more elite coaches.; 【作者单位】集美大学;【作者英文名】CHEN Li-xin,ZHANG Ming-fei Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China
