中文摘要	为了使篮球的技术训练更加符合自身的规律,提高训练效率,采用文献资料、特尔斐法、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法,对篮球技术训练规律和特征进行了探索,研究表明技术训练应将下列原则贯穿始终:把握技术发展敏感期;技术练习要尽可能结合比赛情境;意识支配下的技术练习原则;技术训练与意志努力相结合;技术要适应位置的需要;全面、熟练、简捷实用与精细控制性;技术与节奏、速度、方向的突变性及即兴发挥结合;循序渐进原则。; To make basketball training techniques more accordant with its nature and increase its training efficiency,we base our research on such researching methods as documents review,Delphi method,logic analysis,etc.and explore the disciplines and characteristics of basketball training techniques through both theories and practice,focusing on the following eight principles throughout the training:critical period of technique development;combining game situations;under consciousness and conscious efforts;position requirement adapting,overall expertise,simple practice and fine control techniques;combining sudden changes of techniques,rhythm,speed,direction and improvised play;step by step,etc.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】WU Shou-sheng(College of Physical Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
