中文摘要	三级跳远已经出现了速度型技术 ,速度型三级跳远技术是现在和未来三级跳远技术发展的必然趋势。为了适应这一技术 ,探讨其运动特点 ,并对近年来使用该运动技术所得到的成绩时的远度和比例进行研究 ,对该运动技术的训练框架作出科学的设计 ,认为进行三级跳远的训练应从如何提高运动员的助跑速度 ,尽量减少前两跳中水平速度的损失 ,以及改进和加强弱腿的跳远技术和能力等三个方面来设计; In triple jump skills there appeared the speed type skill, which is the necessary developing tendency of triple jump skills at present and in the future. In order to suit the needs of this kind of skill, its athletic characteristics were discussed, and the distance and ratio of the recent results achieved by using this kind of skill recently were studied. The scheme of the speed type skill training was designed scientifically. It was suggested that the triple jump training should be planned in such ways that the following problems would be solved. 1. How to improve the approach speed of the jumpers. 2. How to decrease the losing of the horizontal speed in the first two jumps as far as possible. 3.
