中文摘要	在制定与实施运动处方时,应考虑运动处方产生的心理效应。文章阐述了运动处方的内涵、运动处方的锻炼心理效应、制定运动处方的心理测量工具及心理缺陷者运动处方的项目选择。从社会发展和素质教育的视角对健身运动处方体育课进行理论研究,并就其对体育专业大学生心理健康的影响进行理论分析。建议高等体育院校应以大学生健康发展为指导,在提高运动成绩的同时加强对大学生的心理健康教育。; The pyschological effect should be considered when designing and using sports as a treatment.The meaning,psychological effects,the measurement and the selective items for the patients are elaborated in this paper,which further researches on the body-building classes from an angle of social development and quality education,and analyzes the effect on the psychological health of college students majoring in P.E.and finally proposes that the P.E colleges should center on the healthy development of college students and strengthen health education when enhancing students’ performance.; 【作者单位】集美大学体育学院；【作者英文名】LIU Ying-jie(College of Physical Education,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
