中文摘要采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)研究呋喃唑酮[3-(5-硝基糠醛缩氨基)-2-恶唑烷酮](FZ)在鲤鱼体内的残留规律.结果表明,采用单剂量口灌90 mg.kg-1的FZ,鲤鱼肌肉中FZ含量在停药1 h后达到最高值,为(201.9±7.6)μg.kg-1,在停药后的36 h检测不到FZ,其消除半衰期为4.9 h,平均消除速率为8.5μg.kg-1.h-1.同时还采用高效液相色谱—串联质谱检测方法(HPLC-MS/MS法)进行FZ的主要代谢物3-氨基-2-恶唑烷酮(AOZ)的残留规律研究.结果表明,FZ在鲤鱼体内代谢较快,而AOZ却很难消除.鲤鱼肌肉中AOZ含量在停药6 h后达到最高值,为(227.3±9.6)μg.kg-1,停药24 d后残留量为0.6μg.kg-1,其消除半衰期为91.2 h,平均消除速率为0.4μg.kg-1.h-1.; Pharmacokinetic properties of furazolidone [3-(5-nitrofurfurylidenamino)-2-oxazolidinone] and its metabolite 3-amina-2-oxazolldinone in Cyprinus carpio were studied by HPLC.With oral dose of 90 mg·kg-1,peak concentration of furazolidone of(201.9±7.6) μg·kg-1 was reached at 1 h,and the concentration of furazolidone declined with the rate of speed of 8.5 μg·kg-1·h-1 and an elimination half-life of 4.9 h.The residues of furazolidone can not be detected after 36 h,then the residual rule of furazolidone′s main metabolite 3-amina-2-oxazolldinone(AOZ) in C.carpio was studied by HPLC-MS/MS.The maximum level of AOZ in C.carpio was(227.3±9.6) μg·kg-1 after 6 h,the concentration of AOZ was 0.6 μg·kg-1 after 24 d,the elimination half-life of furazolidone was 91.2 h,and rate of speed was 0.4 μg·kg-1·h-1.; 【作者单位】福州大学化学化工学院; 集美大学生物工程学院;【作者英文名】HUANG Yu-ying1,2,PENG Ai-hong2,HUANG Zhi-yong2,CAI Hong-yu2,XIE Zeng-hong1(1.College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Fuzhou University,Fuzhou,Fujian 350002,China;2.College of Bioengineering,Jimei University,Xiamen,Fujian 361021,China)
