中文摘要目的:测定自来水及食品中微量NO2-的含量。方法:利用硫酸介质中NO2-对溴酸钾氧化结晶紫的催化作用,建立室温下反相停留流动注射催化动力学光度法。结果:测得自来水中的NO2-含量为0.013μg/ml,相对标准偏差为3.8%(n=15),加标平均回收率为99.7%;测得火腿肠和榨菜中的NO2-含量分别为7.5 mg/kg和5.2 mg/kg,测定值与产品的标称值基本相符。实验还考察了停留时间、硫酸和溴酸钾的浓度以及流速等条件对测量的影响并进行优化。方法的检出限为0.75μg/L,在0.01~0.1μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。结论:方法准确、可靠、简便,试剂消耗量少,适用于饮用水及其它食品中微量NO2-含量的测定。; Objective:To determine trace nitrite in tap water and foods.Methods:At room temperature,a flow injection coupled with catalytic spectrophotometry,using the indicating reaction between bromate and crystal violet,was used.Results:The experimental conditions such as the stop time,the concentration of acid and bromate,and the flow rate were optimized.Under optimum conditions linear response ranged from 0.01 to 0.1 μg/ml.The concentration of NO-2 in tap water measured was 0.013 μg/ml with a 3.8% of RSD(n=15).The average recovery tested with adding standards was 99.7%,and the detection limit estimated with 3-fold standard deviation was 0.75 μg/L.Meanwhile,the established method,with the merits of high sensitivity and precision,was successfully used for the determination of NO-2 in the samples of hum sausage and preserved azechuan pickle.Conclusion:With the merits of high sensitivity and precision,the method is suitable for the measurement of trace nitrite in drinking water and foods.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院; 集美大学生物工程学院 福建厦门361021; 福建厦门361021;【作者英文名】Huang Zhi-yong,Zhang Qiang,Xu Jin-biao,Li Cheng-qin,Chen Fa-He(College of Bioengineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
