中文摘要对沼泽红假单胞菌的培养基进行了优化,并对其降氨氮效果进行了研究.结果表明:沼泽红假单胞菌可以利用多种碳源和氮源,乳酸和草酸铵是实验室培养沼泽红假单胞菌的最适碳源和氮源,乳酸根的质量浓度及碳氮比对沼泽红假单胞菌生长具有显著影响,而磷酸根浓度对沼泽红假单胞菌生长没有显著影响;用正交试验获得最适于培养沼泽红假单胞菌的乳酸质量浓度为1%,碳氮比为1.5,磷酸二氢钾的质量浓度为1.5 g/L;在自然光照、30℃条件下,沼泽红假单胞菌的延滞期为2 d,对数生长期为2~10 d,稳定期为10~20 d;沼泽红假单胞菌具有很强的综合降氨氮作用,但其降氨氮效果受水质的影响而不稳定.; The medium for culturing Rhodopseudomonas palustris is optimized and its capability of removing ammonia nitrogen from water system is studied.The results show that Rhodopseudomonas palustris has the ability to utilize many kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources and it is best to culture Rhodopseudomonas palustris in laboratorial experiments with lactic acid as carbon source and oxammite as nitrogen source,respectively.Results also indicate that concentration of carbon source and ratio of carbon source to nitrogen source are main factors that influence the growth of Rhodopseudomonas palustris,whereas concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate has not remarkable effects on the growth of this photosynthetic bacterium.From the result of orthogonal experiment,it is suggested that keeping concentration of lactic acid at 1 %,ratio of carbon source to nitrogen source at 1.5 and concentration of potassum dihydrogen phosphate at 1.5 g/L is suitable to culture this photosynthetic bacterium.It is seen from batch culture experiments with optimized medium and under 30 ℃ and nature lighting condition that lag phase of this photosynthetic bacteria is between 0 to 2 d,exponential phase is between 2 d to 10 d,stationary phase is between 10 d to 20 d.Rhodopseudomonas palustris is superior to other investigated microbial community with regard to the capability of removing ammonia nitrogen,but its capability of removing ammonia nitrogen strongly depends on the water quality of the sample and is not stable.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院; 集美大学生物工程学院 福建厦门361021; 厦门市食品生物工程技术研究中心; 福建厦门361021;【作者英文名】CAI Hui-nong1,2,NI Hui1,2,SU Wen-jin1,2(1.School of Biotechnology Engineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China;2.Food Bio-engineering Research Center of Xiamen,Xiamen 361021,China)
