中文摘要利用层接层自组装法,制备出有序且稳定的葡萄糖氧化酶的多层膜.应用电化学方法和XRD方法研究了膜修饰电极的电化学传感性能.结果表明:该传感器具有较好的重现性和稳定性,传感器对葡萄糖的响应非常迅速;每次加入葡萄糖后,电极的电流响应会随之出现跳跃性增大,酶电极达到96%,稳态电流响应的时间仅为3 s;灵敏度可以通过合理地调解多层膜的厚度来控制.; The electrochemical properties of the the multilayer films of GOx/PEI modified glassy carbon electrode by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique were investigated by cyclic voltammetry,X-ray diffraction(XRD) experiments revealed that the films were homogeneous and formed in an ordered manner.Cyclic voltammetry experiments showed that the gold electrodes modified with the GOx/PEI multilayers had excellent electrocatalytical response to the oxidation of glucose.From the analysis of voltammetric signals,the coverage of active enzyme on the electrode surface was estimated,which had a linear relationship with the number of GOx/PEI bilayer.The sensor exhibited good reproducibility and stability.Current i was measured at 3 s from the catalytic current rise in amperometric it curve.It displays that the response currents increase with the increasing of GOx concentrations.Sensitivity of the sensor is tunable by controlling the number of attached bilayer.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院; 东北师范大学化学学院多酸化学研究所 福建厦门361021; 福建厦门361021; 吉林长春130024;【作者英文名】WANG Li~1,CAI Hui-nong~1,WU Yong-pei~1,WANG En-bo~2(1.School of Biotechnology,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China;2.Institute of Polyoxometalate Chemistry,Faculty of Chemistry,Northeast Normal University,Changchun 130024,China)
