中文摘要	利用噬菌体展示技术,发现wssv021是与病毒基因组同源重复区中一个包含高度保守结构域的小重复片断DNA结合的蛋白质的编码基因,可能参与病毒复制或调控.时相转录分析发现,wssv021属于病毒感染的早期基因.将wssv021基因克隆到pQE-30表达载体,在E.coliXL1-Blue中进行融合表达.凝胶阻滞分析显示,体外表达的(His)6-WSSV021蛋白可以和同源重复区中小重复片断DNA特异性相互作用.; The phage display technology revealed that the wssv021 gene is coded with protein that binds to the minifragment DNA of homologous repeat region and contains a highly conserved domain within WSSV genome.The wssv021 gene might be a functional gene involved in WSSV replication and transcriptional regulation.Temporal transcription analysis revealed that the wssv021 gene was transcribed at the early stage of WSSV infection.The gene was cloned into pQE-30 vector and expressed as a fusion protein in Escherichia coli XL1-Blue.The electrophoretic mobility shift assay indicated that the recombinant protein(His)6-WSSV021 could bind specifically to the minifragment DNA of homologous repeat region.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院；【作者英文名】ZHU Yan-bing (School of Biotechnology Engineering,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
