中文摘要设计、合成并表征了新型水溶性抑菌剂咪唑季铵型反丁烯二酸单辛酯.采用光电比浊法、平板法和抑菌圈法测定咪唑季铵型反丁烯二酸单辛酯对细菌、霉菌、酵母的抑菌效果.结果表明,咪唑季铵型反丁烯二酸单辛酯具有较强的抑菌活性,且效果优于山梨酸和苯甲酸.碱性环境中,咪唑季铵型反丁烯二酸单辛酯抑菌活性较强.; 1,3-dialkyl-imidazolium-based trans-but-2-enedioic acid monooctyl esters([RMIM][OFE]) were synthesized and characterized by NMR.All the characterization data are consistent with the theoretic compositions and structures.Antimicrobial activity against bacteria,streptomyces,and yeast were systematically studied by the photoelectricity turbidimetric method,spread-plate method,and zone of inhibition method.In contrast with benzoic acid and sorbic acid,the results of antimicrobial activity of [RMIM][OFE] could remarkably inhibit those microbial.Effect of pH on antimicrobial activity of [RMIM][OFE] was remarkable,which strongest inhibition ability was obtained in the alkaline environment.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院; 集美大学生物工程学院 福建厦门361021; 福建厦门361021;【作者英文名】CHEN Su-yan,SONG Ling-sheng,ZHOU Chang-yi,OU Guang-nan(School of Bioengineering,Jimei University,Xiamen,Fujian 361021,China)
