中文摘要	探讨茶多酚肉碱复方制剂对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平的影响。采用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立预防性高脂血症模型,将实验大鼠分成正常对照组、模型对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。连续灌胃给药45 d,观察茶多酚肉碱复方制剂对高脂血症大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响。结果表明,与正常对照组比较,高脂饲料连续喂养45 d后,模型对照组大鼠血清TG和TC显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,给药45 d后,1)低剂量组大鼠血清TG未见显著性降低(P>0.05),中剂量组和高剂量组血清TG极显著地降低(P<0.01);2)低剂量组大鼠血清TC显著降低(P<0.05),中高剂量组大鼠血清TC极显著降低(P<0.01);3)各剂量组大鼠血清HDL-C无显著性差异。茶多酚肉碱复方制剂具有辅助降血脂的作用。; To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols and carnitine preparation on plasma lipid levels of hyperlipidemic rats.SD rats were fed high fat diet and established as preventive hyperlipidemia model,the experimental rats were divided into normal control group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.After 45 days continuous oral administration,the effect of tea polyphenols and carnitine preparation on serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of hyperlipidemic rats were discussed.Compared with normal control group,serum TG and TC of model control group with high fat diet increased significantly(P<0.01) after 45 days;Compared with model control group,after 45 days administration,1) serum TG of low dose group was not significantly lower(P>0.05);serum TG of middle and high dose groups was significantly reduced(P<0.01);2) serum TC of low dose group was significantly lower(P <0.05),serum TC of middle and high dose groups decreased significantly(P <0.01);3) serum HDL-C of all groups has no significant difference.Tea polyphenols and carnitine preparation can reduce blood lipid.; 【作者单位】集美大学生物工程学院；浙江工业大学生物与环境工程学院；【作者英文名】NI Hui1,LIU Xiao-jie2(1.College of biotechnology,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,Fujian,China;2.College of Biological and Environmental Engineering,Zhejiang University of Technology,Hangzhou 310014,Zhejiang,China)
