中文摘要	随着海峡西岸经济区战略的实施,厦门与台湾的油画交流迎来了孕育与发展的新机遇。厦门与台湾的油画交流在发展过程中面临着交流定位模糊、规模偏小、机制不全、形式单一等问题。因此,发挥区域优势,完善交流机制、成立厦台油画交流协会,打造交流平台、创新交流形式、建立资金支持机制,是推动厦门与台湾油画交流与发展的有效措施。这对发挥厦门油画优势,推进海西文化产业建设步伐具有重要的现实意义。; With the implementing of the strategy of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Strait,the oil painting exchanges between Xiamen and Taiwan have got a new chance of development.However,in the course of oil painting exchanges,there are such problems as confusing exchange orientation,small scale,incomplete systems and simple form.Therefore,the measures to promote the exchange and development of oil painting between Xiamen and Taiwan are expanding the region′s superiority,improving exchange systems,founding the exchange society,setting up exchange platform,creating new exchange forms,and forming fund supporting mechanism.These measures have an important realistic significance to give a full play to Xiamen oil painting advantages and to accelerate the development of the cultural industry of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Strait.; 【作者单位】集美大学美术学院；【作者英文名】XU Guang-pei(College of Fine Arts,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
