中文摘要采用一种基于S变换相似度的电力电子电路故障诊断方法,首先建立各种故障类型信号的S变换模时频矩阵,然后计算故障信号S变换模时频矩阵与已建立的标准模时频矩阵的相似度,以相似度最大为判别依据,实现故障的诊断.三相桥式可控整流电路晶闸管故障诊断仿真结果表明:该方法能准确对电力电子电路故障进行类型的识别和故障元的定位,对噪声具有鲁棒性,且算法简单.; A method of fault diagnosis was proposed for power electronics circuit based on S transform similarity.At first,the standard module time-frequency matrixes of S transform for all fault signals were constructed,then the similarity of fault signal’s module time-frequency matrixes to standard module time-frequency matrixes was calculated,and according to the principle of maximum similarity the faults were diagnosed.The simulation result of fault diagnosis of thyristor in three-phase full-bridge controlled rectifier showed that the method could accurately diagnose fault and locate fault element for power electronics circuit,and that it had excellent performance on noise robust and calculation complexity.; 【作者单位】集美大学轮机工程学院; 中山大学信息科学与技术学院;【作者英文名】WANG Rong-jie1,2(1.Marine Engineering Institute,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021 China;2.School of Information Science and Technology,Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou 510006,China)
