中文摘要	船舶监控管理系统是船舶设计中的一个重要部分,它改变了传统的船舶管理方式,对于提高工作效率,减轻船员的工作负担具有重要的意义.通过对实船进行全面的考察研究,针对现阶段监控管理系统的不足,开发出一套智能化的人机交互式监控管理系统.按照软件的功能主要分为资料管理、查询以及机舱设备的监控两大模块.运行本系统,可以查询船舶的基本资料、物料信息、航行日志、设备维护情况等,并可以通过读取前端机的信号实现船舶的监控.; The monitoring and management system is an important part in the ship design; it changes the traditional management pattern so that having an important meaning to improve the work efficiency and reduce the working load of shipmen. Based on the research of the real ship and aiming at the deficiency of present monitoring system, the man-machine interactive monitoring manager system is developed. According to the function of the software, it is mainly divided into two modules, which are management and inquiry of information and monitoring of engine room equipment.
