中文摘要为拓展介质阻挡放电技术在材料加工中的应用,阐述介质阻挡放电的放电机理和基本特性,评述介质阻挡放电在辅助高能球磨中的应用进展。研究表明,利用介质阻挡放电显著的电子冲击作用和热效应,可使介质阻挡放电辅助高能球磨的金属Al和W粉发生热爆并产生巨大的热应力,加速粉体晶粒和颗粒的细化,快速制备金属纳米粉末。介质阻挡放电辅助高能球磨高效合成纳米WC的研究表明,介质阻挡放电在促进机械合金化反应方面也极具潜力。随着介质阻挡放电技术在反应装置优化和反应机理研究等方面的进展,介质阻挡放电技术在材料加工领域将有更广阔的应用前景。; In order to extend the application of Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD)in materials processing field,the mechanism and characteristics of DBD were presented.The technology of DBD assisted high-energy ball milling was summarized.During the process of high-energy ball milling assisted by DBD,hot explosion and thermal stress can be induced to the metal Al and W powders owing to the electron beam pulse and heat effect of DBD,and nanometer metal powders can be prepared in a shorter time because the grain size and particle size were refined rapidly.It was indicated that DBD has big application potentiality in mechanical alloying since nano-WC powders were synthesized efficiently by DBD assisted ball milling.DBD technology will have a bright future in a variety of application in materials processing field with its progress in reactor optimization and mechanism research.; 【作者单位】集美大学轮机工程学院; 华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院;【作者英文名】DAI Le-yang1,LIN Shao-fen1,CHEN Qing-lin1,YANG Xiao-ping2(1 Marine Engineering Institute,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,Fujian,China;2 School of Material Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China)
