中文摘要采用钨、碳和钴粉为原料,直接混合后经短时间高能球磨再通过碳化反应制备出纳米WC-10Co(质量分数)复合粉;分别用XRD和SEM分析了球磨和碳化反应后复合粉的物相组成和形貌,并采用热重-差示扫描量热法对碳化反应过程中的相变进行了分析。结果表明:高能球磨3 h后的W-C-10Co混合粉在1 000℃保温1 h即可获得晶粒尺寸为95 nm的WC-10Co复合粉,但其中存在少量的缺碳相η-Co6W6C,并且WC晶粒长大不完整;加热到1 100℃保温1 h后能得到完整的多边形片状WC颗粒,随球磨时间延长,碳化后复合粉中η相含量增多。; The nanometer WC-10Co(mass fraction) composite powders were prepared by high energy ball milling for short time and carbonation reaction using W,C and Co powders as raw materials.The phase composition and morphology of the composite powders after ball milling and carbonation reaction were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The phase transformations during the carbonation reaction were analyzed by themogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that the WC-10Co composite powders whose grain size was 95 nm were obtained by heating the mixed powders at 1 000℃for 1 h after high energy ball milling for 3 h.However,with low carbon content,η-Co6W6C existed in the powders,and the growth of WC grains was incomplete.Heating at 1 100℃for 1 h,the complete WC grains with polygonal platelet morphology could be obtained.As the prolongation of ball milling time,theηphase content of the composite powders after carbonation increased.; 【作者单位】华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院; 集美大学轮机工程学院;【作者英文名】YANG Xiao-ping~1,DAI Le-yang~2,JIN Lei~1,ZENG Mei-qin~1 (1.School of Materials Science and Engineering,South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China; 2.Marine Engineering Institute,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
