中文摘要	对海事中的人的因素分析 ,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法 ,并借助于模糊推理方法这一数学工具建立了影响船舶交通安全的船员总体安全水平的定量化评价模型 ,运用 MATLAB工程计算软件中的模糊工具箱实现模型的计算机化 ,从而可为海上交通安全管理提供定量化的依据 .; The personal factors which resulted in the most proportions of marine accidents, this paper puts forward a mode to make quantitative assessment of the personal factors of seafarers, by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis combined with the mathematical methods of fuzzy inference.
