中文摘要	针对我国目前港口岸线资源的开发现状,根据港口岸线资源开发战略环境影响评价的要求,构建了港口岸线资源开发战略环境影响评价的指标体系,并以钦州港为例进行了岸线资源开发的生态适宜性分析,以突破港口建设项目EIA的局限,使港口岸线资源开发环境影响评价体系得到进一步的补充和完善.; According to the situation of the utilization of port’s costal resources in China and the requirement of strategic environment assessment,indicators system of the costal resources SEA is constructed.According to the SEA theory,an AHP-Fuzzy Synthesis Judgement model is constructed to analyze the ecological and environmental suitability of five different parts of Qinzhou port.The application of SEA can perfect the EIA of development planning of coastal resouses.; 【作者单位】集美大学航海学院；【作者英文名】CAO Bao-gen(Navigation Institute,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
