中文摘要	讨论了迁移理论中出现的一类无界非自伴算子的谱。运用Ｌ２空间上的线性算子理论，我们证明了这类算子存在至多可数个正的本征值。; In this paper, the spectrum of a class of unbounded non-selfadjoint operators,which arises in transport theory is discussed.
