中文摘要	在正交坐标系上对基本变量相关与基本变量不相关两种情形的结构功能函数进行了可靠性分析,把独立情形的一次二阶矩阵推广到相关的情形,得到理论上严密、精度相当、实际操作难度相对变化不大的一种一次二阶矩阵方法,然后给出了可靠性的近似计算程序,并以具体的算例进行了证实.; The first-order second-moment method of independent case was extended to the correlated case,and the reliability analysis of structural power function when the basic design variables were correlated or incorrelated was made in the orthogonal coordinate system.At the same time,a method of a first-order second-moment method of reliability analysis was obtained tight in theory,matching in precision,the same difficulty in practice,and then a procedure of the approximate calculation of reliability was given.In the end,it was proved by the concrete instances.; 【作者单位】集美大学理学院；【作者英文名】LIU Xiao-hui(School of Sciences,Jimei University,Xiamen 361021,China)
