中文摘要小学教育专业本专科学生教师职业态度研究的被试为普通师范院校大学生393名。自编“师范生教师职业态度”问卷,问卷由职业认知、职业声望、职业情感、职业行为倾向、职业吸引五个因素组成。研究结果显示:小学教育专业本、专科学生的教师职业态度前三个因素基本持肯定态度,未达积极水平。教师职业行为倾向属中等偏上水平,个别差异较大。教师职业吸引约为中等水平。小学教育专业与其他专业师范生的教师职业态度差异比较显示,教师职业认知、职业声望、职业行为倾向呈显著性差异,前者高于后者。据此,我们可采取如下策略提高教师职业态度:加强师德教育,变“灌输”为“养成”;重视职业情感教育;增加教师职业的吸引力。; The subjects in the research are 393 students in normal universities. The questionnaire is designed with “the vocational attitude of teachers graduating from normal college" and is made up of such five factors as vocational cognition, prestige, emotion, behavioral trend and attraction. The result shows that the vocational attitude of teachers with the 4-year &3-year college education in the primary-school education specialty is basically negative in first three factors, not up to positive level. The behavioral trend of teacher’s career is categorized as the upper middle level but a few quite low. The attraction of teacher’s career is the middle level. The comparison of the vocational attitude between the teachers with the primary-school education specialty and the teachers with the other specialties indicates that the differences are quite obvious in the vocational cognition, prestige, behavioral trend, the former higher than the latter.
